Our prints are inspired by both Eastern and Western aesthetics, creating designs that feel modern yet timeless. Each scarf is designed in the UK and crafted to bring colour, elegance, and versatility to your wardrobe.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our scarves are handcrafted by skilled partners in Hangzhou, China, using high-quality silk sourced from Chinese silkworms. We prioritise an ethical and renewable process, using discarded cocoons to create each piece. Every scarf is carefully made to meet our standards for quality, finish, and timeless elegance.
Do you have any advice on sizing?
Absolutely. Our Small (53cm) scarves are perfect for hair accessories or tying around your wrist or handbag, Medium (65cm) works beautifully as a classic neck scarf, and Large (90cm) can be styled as a statement neck scarf, headscarf, or elegant shoulder wrap.
What is the care guide for your silk products?
To keep your scarf looking its best, wash it in cold water by hand or on a gentle machine cycle using a pH-neutral detergent, then hang to dry. Avoid bleach, and if needed, steam or iron gently on a low setting.

What should I do if I need to cancel an order or if I entered an incorrect address?
Orders can sometimes be modified or cancelled shortly after purchase, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance. As a small business, a 10% cancellation fee applies to cancelled orders.

We accept major payment providers, making it quick and easy to complete your purchase securely.

Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1–3 days for processing before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days in the UK & Ireland and 3–10 business days internationally, and we use minimal packaging to reduce waste.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide free tracked shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, or you can use the “Track Order” link in the footer to check your delivery status anytime.
What is the return policy of Mevoria?
We want you to love your MEVORIA purchase, but if you need to return it, we offer a risk-free 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Simply return them within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make the process easy. We're here to help.
